Terms of Service

These Terms of Use govern the conditions for using “TasteTune” (hereinafter referred to as “the Service”), operated by Remefor Group (hereinafter referred to as “the Operator”).
TasteTune fuses AI with human creativity to express the cuisine, culture, scenery, and flavors of countries around the world as music.

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms apply to all users of the Service.

Article 2 (Service Description)

  1. This service creates and delivers musical works based on information provided by users regarding cuisine, culture, and background, utilizing AI-generated technology in part.
  2. Each work aims to offer a new form of expression through sound and emotion while respecting cultural and historical contexts.
  3. The Operator places importance on ethical and cultural considerations and does not create content that disparages any particular ethnicity, religion, country, or value system.

Article 3 (Prohibited Activities)

Users must not engage in the following acts.

  1. Infringing on the intellectual property rights of others
  2. Requesting content that insults or discriminates against a specific country, religion, ethnicity, or culture
  3. Requesting content that violates public order or morals
  4. Providing false information or engaging in unauthorized access
  5. Engaging in activities that damage the credibility of the Service

Article 4 (Intellectual Property Rights)

  • Copyright of delivered musical data generally belongs to Remefor Group.
  • If a user orders music under a copyright transfer plan, the Operator will transfer the copyright of the corresponding work and will not use it for secondary purposes thereafter.
  • The terms and scope of the transfer are defined by individual contracts or the selected plan at the time of order.
  • If the user wishes to use music commercially (e.g., YouTube, advertisements, in-store BGM) while the copyright remains with Remefor Group, a commercial-use plan must be selected.
  • Users may freely play and share the music for non-commercial purposes.

Article 5 (Cultural Consideration)

  • The Service is founded on the principle of respecting diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • If a user’s request is judged to lack respect for a particular region or culture, production may be declined.

Article 6 (Disclaimer)

  • The Operator uses AI technology in part, but does not guarantee the completeness or reproducibility of generated content.
  • The Operator shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.

Article 7 (Payment and Delivery)

  • Fees are clearly indicated on the website and securely processed via Stripe.
  • Deliveries are made through cloud services (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox).
  • Payment amounts may fluctuate due to exchange rates or international transactions.

Article 8 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
  • In the event of a dispute, the court having jurisdiction over the Operator’s location shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.

Article 9 (User Responsibility)

  • Users shall act at their own judgment and responsibility when using the Service.
  • Users are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information they provide.
  • The Operator shall not be liable for any disputes arising with third parties related to the use of the Service.
