Refund Policy

TasteTune (Operated by Remefor Group) is,
a service that faithfully expresses dishes from around the world as “music,” incorporating their history and culture.
This policy establishes the standards for refund handling so that you may commission our service with confidence.


Article 1 (Non-Refundable Cases)

  • As the works provided by this service are,digital content,refunds cannot be accepted in principle after delivery.
  • Refunds cannot be granted for reasons based on personal taste or perception, such as “It was different from what I imagined” or “It didn’t match my preference.”

Article 2 (Cases Eligible for Refunds)

Refunds may be granted only in the following cases:

  1. When a clear production error (a delivered work significantly different from the requested content) occurs due to our responsibility.
  2. When a cancellation request is made before production begins (before any musical composition work has started).

Article 3 (Refund Method)

  • Payments made through Stripe will be refunded via Stripe’s refund process.
  • It may take several business days for the refund to be completed.
  • Please note that we cannot compensate for any differences caused by exchange rate fluctuations or international transfer fees.
