Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of the website, content, music, and other services provided under TasteTune, operated by Remefor Group (“Operator”) (collectively, the “Service”).
By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Scope
- These Terms apply to browsing the TasteTune website, using its content, making inquiries, requesting production consultations, and otherwise using the Service.
- Paid music production and other individual services may also be subject to service-specific pages, individual agreements, license terms, refund and cancellation policies, or other specific conditions.
- If these Terms conflict with service-specific conditions, the service-specific conditions will prevail for that service.
2. About TasteTune
TasteTune is a project that expresses the background, atmosphere, culture, products, brands, spaces, experiences, and other creative contexts through music and content.
Some parts of the Service may use AI or other digital technologies as production-support tools. Final planning, selection, refinement, and delivery are determined in accordance with the conditions applicable to each service.
3. Inquiries and Production Consultations
- Submitting an inquiry or production consultation form does not by itself create a contract or payment obligation.
- For paid production services, production begins only after the parties confirm the scope, fees, payment terms, schedule, license conditions, and other necessary terms, and the formal order process is completed.
- The Operator may decline a request due to its content, rights issues, technical limitations, operational considerations, or other reasonable grounds.
4. Prohibited Conduct
Users must not:
- Violate applicable laws or public order and morals;
- Infringe copyrights, trademarks, portrait rights, privacy rights, or other rights of any person;
- Engage in discriminatory, abusive, threatening, harassing, or otherwise harmful conduct;
- Provide false or misleading information;
- Attempt unauthorized access, analysis, interference, or similar actions against the Service or third-party systems;
- Interfere with the operation of the Service;
- Impersonate the Operator or any third party; or
- Engage in any other conduct that the Operator reasonably considers inappropriate.
5. Materials and Information Provided by Users
- Users are responsible for ensuring that they have the rights or permissions necessary to provide and use any text, images, audio, logos, trademarks, brand materials, or other information submitted for consultation or production.
- The Operator may use submitted materials only to the extent necessary to respond to inquiries, perform production, deliver work, provide support, or otherwise perform the agreed service.
- If submitted materials may infringe third-party rights, the Operator may request replacement materials, evidence of authorization, or decline the production request.
6. TasteTune Content and Intellectual Property
- Copyrights and other rights in text, images, designs, logos, music, videos, and other content on TasteTune belong to the Operator or the applicable rights holder.
- Except as permitted by law, users may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, sell, or otherwise use such content without authorization from the rights holder.
- License scope, usage rights, and other rights relating to individually commissioned and delivered works are governed by the service-specific agreement or license terms applicable to that work.
7. Third-Party Services and External Links
- The Service may use third-party providers for payments, analytics, anti-abuse measures, cloud delivery, and other functions.
- TasteTune may contain links to external websites or third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies.
- The Operator does not guarantee the content, continuity, or availability of third-party services.
8. Changes or Suspension of the Service
The Operator may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service when reasonably necessary for maintenance, system failures, security, changes to third-party services, or other legitimate reasons.
9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
- The Operator takes reasonable care to keep information on TasteTune accurate and current but does not guarantee that all information is complete, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.
- To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator is not liable for losses caused by a user’s environment, communications failures, third-party service failures, or other matters beyond the Operator’s reasonable control.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable consumer or other mandatory laws.
10. Personal Information
The handling of personal information, cookies, and related data is governed by the TasteTune Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to These Terms
- The Operator may revise these Terms when reasonably necessary due to legal changes, changes to the Service, or other legitimate reasons.
- Material changes will be announced through TasteTune or by another appropriate method.
- Unless otherwise stated, revised Terms become effective when posted on TasteTune.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
- Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, disputes relating to the Service will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Japanese court having jurisdiction over the Operator’s location as the agreed court of first instance.
